All three constructions – even so different – represent the society they serve. They are born from the visions and needs of local people,  politicians and businesses. They are realized by international financiers, architects, builders and manufacturers. They are evaluated by future generations, most likely with laugh and surprise.

Precast was developed in Scandinavia, Northern Europe, already in the 1950s. Since that, we at Elematic have been lucky and determined to develop smart manufacturing solutions for precast products. Nowadays, wide variety of walls and floors are available for the building needs of changing societies. Precast is the most common building material in the world.
